Goggles

If you are competing in open water or in the pool SWIM & SPORTS has the goggle for you.  The best pair of goggles are the ones that fit your bone structure and the shape of you face and eyes. Some people can wear just about anything while other people will have a harder time to find a proper fit. At SWIM & SPORTS we have over 100 to choose from, individually checked by our staff to make sure you get the goggle that is comfortable and fits your face to keep the water out. We also carry several types of optically corrective goggles from -1.5 up to -9.0 starting at about the $25.00 mark, regular swim goggles start at $8.00 and go as high as $50.00.

Today's Goggles are made of materials that mold to the swimmer's face. Letting other people wear your goggles and putting them on top of your head when you are not swimming changes that shape and will result in the goggles not fitting your face as well as the did when they were new. To help your goggles last longer don't lend them to other and don't sit them on top of your head. Pull the goggles down around your neck if you are not wearing them. That way you won't damage them and you won't lose them.

Goggle lenses are coated on the inside with anti-for solution. rubbing them with a towel or licking the inside or you goggles removes this solution and your goggles will begin to fog. After your swim just rinse the goggles in fresh water and when you get home take them out of your bag, hang them over a door knob to dry. If the outside of the lens gets scratched the water will fill in the scratches and you won't notice it when you swim, the inside will be more noticeable when scratched.

When the anti fog does start to wear off SWIM & SPORTS stocks all the ant-fog from the different manufactures so you can re-apply it. We also carry replacement straps for most goggles.

At SWIM & SPORTS you will find goggles from the following manufactures:
